You have the right at any time to request free information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data, as well as the right to its correction or deletion. You also have the right to restrict processing under certain circumstances and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Please contact us at any time for this purpose.

Unless a more specific storage period has been stated, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing it.
We process personal data on the following legal bases: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before revocation remains unaffected.
IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6(1)(E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION.
In the event of breaches of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. You have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, in a commonly used, machine-readable format – either handed to you or transferred directly to another controller where technically feasible.
You have the right at any time to request free information about your stored personal data, its origin, recipients and the purpose of processing, as well as the right to rectification or erasure. Please contact us at lisa.sophia.photography(at)outlook.com.

The use of contact details published as part of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising is hereby objected to. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising communications.
This website sets a technically necessary cookie to store your language preference. It is set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR without separate consent, as it is required for the basic function of the website.
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details (name, email address, phone number, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, at the latest after your enquiry has been fully processed.
For the technical delivery of the contact form, we use the service EmailJS provided by EmailJS Corp., 105 E 34th St #1138, New York, NY 10016, USA. Your submitted data is transmitted directly from your browser to EmailJS servers and forwarded from there to our email address. In the course of photography assignments (weddings, portraits, brand shoots), photos of individuals are taken. These images may constitute personal data. Processing takes place solely on the basis of separate consent from the individuals depicted, or on the basis of a service contract (Art. 6(1)(a) or (b) GDPR).
Publication of photos showing identifiable individuals takes place only with their explicit consent. Consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
Assignment photos are stored as a backup for a maximum of 2 years after completion of the assignment and then deleted. Where separate consent for publication has been given (e.g. for portfolio, website or social media use), the relevant photos are stored until that consent is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
